Paul Abra is a Certified Executive Coach having obtained his Graduate Certificate of Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University in November 2014. He also has his Bachelor of Arts (Waterloo), Bachelor of Education (Toronto) and a Masters of Education (Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, Toronto).

Paul’s experience includes being a teacher in public and independent schools in Ontario and B.C. In addition, he has been a Residential Camp Director (part owner) in Ontario and a Director of School and Director of Admissions in BC followed by 18 years experience as a small business owner. His board experience includes directorships with Victoria YM/YWCA, Parent Support Services of BC (President and board member) and as a member of the advisory council for Success by 6 (Victoria). He has served on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Victoria including being President of the Board. He continues to be a mentor to a 11 year old boy.

In November 2015, Paul joined Blue Beetle Books as co-president. Blue Beetle Books publishes online eMagazines, eBooks and offers self-administered workshops for entrepreneurs and small & medium-sized entrerprises. His primary role with Blue Beetle Books is business development, marketing and sales.

Paul enjoys coaching individuals, executives, aspiring executives, small business owners and entrepreneurs who have a passion to make a difference for their community, organization, business or projects.
